Suggestions for your comfort and safety

High Top Hiking Boots: Good ankle supporting shoes/boots is key to getting to launch, launching, and safe landings. (if you don't have High top boots wear your sturdiest shoes)

Gloves: For longer flights and protection.

Layered Clothing:This is the best way to dress up/down as conditions change. It is best to have long sleeves top and bottom for the flight. Wind jacket recommended Sunglasses and Sun Hat.

Water Bottle: A well sealed water bottle is important for your health and comfort.

Sun Screen: SPF 30 or stronger if you need it. Some of our launches are at 3,000 to 6,000 feet above sea level so sunscreen is a must for UV protection.

Sack Lunch and/or Snacks: Depending on location and travel time and we may need to wait for weather conditions. Gaiters:In order to keep any unwanted snow, weeds or dirt out of your shoes and socks, we recommend gaiters for some sites.
